BOOKING & DEPOSITS

Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received. All deposits are applied toward your total service fee. Payments can be made by credit card or eTransfer.

RESCHEDULNG POLICY

To reschedule without penalty, please provide at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. If sufficient notice is given, your deposit will be transferred to your new booking date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 48 hours in advance will result in a forfeited deposit.

LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 20-minutes late may require rescheduling and will result in a forfeited deposit. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay the full service fee before booking future appointments.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

I understand that unexpected emergencies can occur. If you experience illness, a family emergency, or another exceptional circumstance, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you with flexibility.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments at Brows by Cher require a deposit to secure your booking. Due to the customized nature of brow treatments and the time reserved exclusively for each client, deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, or missed appointments, will result in a forfeited deposit.
