NO SHOW POLICY

1. Non-Refundable Booking Deposit
To secure your appointment at BROWS BY CHER, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited toward your total service fee on the day of your appointment.
2. 48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling
We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

  • With 48+ Hours Notice: Your deposit may be transferred to a new date (one-time transfer only).

  • With Less Than 48 Hours Notice: Any cancellation or rescheduling request made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your $150 deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future session.

3. No-Show Policy
Failing to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notification ("No-Show") is deeply impactful to our small business.

  • No-shows will forfeit their $150 deposit immediately.

  • BROWS BY CHER reserves the right to charge the full remaining balance of the scheduled service to the card on file for any no-show appointments.

  • Future bookings may be restricted or require full pre-payment at our discretion.

4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment. We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service, and it may be treated as a late cancellation, resulting in a forfeited deposit.

TREATMENT DEPOSIT 

To finalize your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required. This deposit ensures your dedicated time in the studio and is applied directly toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

  • Payment Method: Deposits are accepted via e-transfer.

  • Next Steps: Once your booking request is received, you will be sent a confirmation email containing the specific e-transfer details and instructions.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. We maintain a strict 48-hour cancellation policy to ensure we can accommodate all of our clients fairly.

  • Notice Period: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Policy Details: Failure to provide 48 hours' notice, or a "no-show" for your scheduled time, will result in the forfeiture of your $150 deposit.

  • Rescheduling: If notice is given within the 48-hour window, your deposit may be transferred to a one-time future booking.
